Grande Island

Grande Island, also known by various names like Bat Island, Grand Island, and Ilha Island is a wonderful place to go for Scuba diving in Goa. Numerous islands can be seen off the mainland, but this specific island remains the top tourist attractions in Goa mainly for exploring the underwater marine world. The island itself is about a 20-minute ferry ride from the Sinquerim Jetty, but the end destination is well worth the breathtaking ride. The deep dive site goes over 25 meters beneath the water surface.
